Austin, TX – The Greater East Austin Youth Association (GEAYA) is excited to announce the official start of the spring baseball season, with the first practices set to begin on Monday, February 10 at Mabson Field (2816 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702). Families are encouraged to register their young athletes as soon as possible, as late registration fees will go into effect on February 14.
GEAYA’s dedicated coaching staff, including Coach Lee Dawson Jr. and Coach Emaan Abdelbaki, are eager to welcome players back to the field for an exciting season filled with skill development, teamwork, and fun. The organization is also seeking volunteer coaches and team parents to help make this season a success.

GEAYA is committed to providing a high-quality baseball experience for youth in the East Austin community. This season is set to be one of the best yet, offering opportunities for young athletes to improve their skills, build friendships, and foster a love for the game.
The season's games are scheduled to begin on or around March 29, 2025, giving players ample time to develop their skills before taking the field for competitive play.
Registration is still open, and families are encouraged to sign up soon to secure their spots before late registration begins on February 14.
